We create a full calendar of activities throughout the year for you to enjoy, and we value your help in putting this calendar together. We’ll do all we can to help you stay active, because we know this makes a big difference to people’s physical and emotional wellbeing.
We believe that regular exercise will help you keep strong and moving as you grow older, so we offer lots of exercise classes and floor exercises. These are very enjoyable and easy for anyone to do. We combine them with social activities like baking and flower arranging, which help you use the skills you’ve built up over a lifetime.
